LA Gholson hails from Virginia but has been known the Atlanta market for over 10 years. LA focuses on fix and flip acquisitions as well as institutional clientele. He is a highly entrepreneurial and disciplined individual that works hard for his clients.  

LA recently moved to Buckhead Atlanta where in his free time he enjoys working out. His passion for fitness comes across clearly as he likes working out several times a day. 

He is licensed in GA and soon to be in FL as well. He currently leverages his tenacious abilities to scout, negotiate, and close high ticket real estate deals.

LA is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a degree in Bachelor of Arts with Communication and Media Studies.
